Our family had a great cruise with Captain Jared and his first mate Sara. This was our first catamaran trip and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The boat was spotless and recently renovated. Jared and Sara were great hosts. They were very knowledgeable of the area. The food was healthy, fresh and delicious! We snorkeled, paddle boarded and hiked on St John with Sara as our guide. We had a great time at Willie T's, a floating bar on Norman Island. We loved the bean bag chairs and the hammock on the front of the boat! Jared shared his guitar with our son who is also a guitarist. Jared and Sara went above and beyond to show us a great time! Sognare means "to dream" in Italian but you can make your Caribbean charter dreams come true aboard this great Leopard 45. Accommodation is in three equal queen size cabins, each with private bathrooms. Refitted in 2013, the interior is immaculate and welcoming with brightly coloured bed linens and towels. The salon and galley occupy the main interior area, which has comfortable seating for up to six people.

The cockpit offers a U-shaped al fresco dining option, plus a further seating area behind the helm. Forward there are comfortable trampolines and lots of deck space.

Why book Sognare – GOOD VALUE – Sognare is very competitively priced but there is no skimping on luxuries such as water toys or food and beverages. With half-board and captain-only options as well, this yacht is a super introduction to BVI crewed chartering.

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Jared is the youngest of four siblings. He has been taking sailing vacations with his family in the Pamlico Sound, Caribbean and Mediterranean since he was 12 years old. Jared played lots of sports, traveled with a select soccer team and also worked as a camp counselor during the summers at a YMCA kids camp, Camp Kanata. After school at Appalachian State, he thought a change of climate might be nice and has lived in the Virgin Islands off and on for the past six years, making short stops in New York City and London to pursue his culinary and musical careers... read more

• Rates quoted are for 7 nights and are inclusive of all meals and standard bar
• Sleep aboard $200/cabin (min 2 cabins). Includes boarding from 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the following morning. Dinner to be taken ashore at guests' expense.
• Captain only rates include use of all on board equipment. Also included is all linens, towels, paper products, basic condiments on board. Guests provide food, beverages, ice, water, mooring and/or dockage, fuel and customs and immigration fees.
• *Half-board rates include Captain & Mate, 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners, happy hour snacks, domestic beer & wine, sodas and standard ship's bar, onboard sporting equipment. All other meals to be taken ashore at guests’ expense.
