Yacht description

Excess is a 70ft Sunreef Catamaran – yes 70ft! The name says it all – refitted in 2018, no expense has been spared. There is one master suite that also has a seating area and larger bathroom. There are three further guest cabins who all have queen beds and ensuite bathrooms.

Not only is this yacht long, but it also has a 34ft beam which allows for tons of indoor and outdoor space. The galley and dining area provide lots of space for up to 10 people to dine inside. A further dining option is in the cockpit. Upstairs there is the “third floor” flybridge area which boasts a 360-degree view and comfortable seating – the best place for watching the sunset.

Penny's personal opinion

Why book Excess – WATER SPORTS –  This is a superb platform for water sports with easy water access from the stern and an extensive collection of water toys. There is also a really powerful dinghy which is perfect for all the towables. Add to this a great crew and tons of space – Excess really does have it all!

  • The trip was a lot better than we could dream of. The crew was fantastic, very attentive. The food was incredible. We saw lots of sights and the boat was much bigger than we expected. I would highly recommend this charter to anyone wanting a fabulous trip.

    Where to begin… the week has been so very special and fun for our family!! Your hospitality and kindness from day one helped our family settle in and relax immediately! This has been the most relaxing and peaceful vacation ever just watching all the sunsets and cruising along from island to island.     There were a lot of firsts! Ben, thanks for going night diving for Meg’s cellphone, and for teaching us all how to scuba dive! Can’t believe we saw a frog fish, or that you and Tyler saw that octopus! We were beyond impressed with Michelle’s cooking, it was absolutely delicious! We snorkeled through caves, swam off cliffs, saw extraordinary sunsets, and we will never forget any of it. You both have not only been amazing hosts and guides, but you have also become friends and we look forward to staying in touch. We will miss you!
