Yacht description

This fantastic Lagoon 67 had a major refit and looks amazing with her super blue hull and teak decks. Accommodation is in three queen cabins, which have ensuite bathrooms with separate shower stalls. There is also the option of the bunks room which would be perfect for children.

The salon is very modern and inviting with neutral colours. There is a large U-shaped seating area around the indoor dining option plus a separate sofa. The galley is in the port hull so there is more space in the salon. The cockpit has a HUGE sunning and lazing area plus an outdoor dining option. This yacht has a super centre console dinghy with a 70hp motor so perfect for water skiing or wakeboarding.

Our personal opinion

Why book Fuerte 3 – THE CREW – During the boat show we visit upwards of 70 boats – there are some that we walk on and feel instantly welcome, and Fuerte 3 is one of them. Dawn and David are professional and lots of fun. They share a love for the sea and their enthusiasm for the BVI is contagious. You will be guaranteed a lot of laughs, gourmet food and, if you’re lucky, you might hear David playing his didgeridoo!

Crew profile
We met over 20 years ago in eastern England while skating. When Dawn was not busy working in restaurants, she was the top skating coach for the UK. David was working as a systems engineer and electrician, as well as a chef at weekends. We spent our first few years together restoring our cottage which was built in 1585. Having sailed in many different areas we went to the BVIs and fell in love with the islands.

    It was a once in a lifetime trip that far exceeded our expectations.
