Her culinary style is fresh, wholesome, and beautifully presented—creating dishes that nourish and delight, from sunrise breakfasts to vibrant, three-course dinners.

Having recently completed a Caribbean season and a series of charters with Garin, Georgie has honed the art of balancing seamless service with a personal touch. Her love of entertaining and passion for life on the water shines through in every aspect of her work.
