Molly grew up traveling with her family, gaining a deep appreciation for other cultures and often experiencing this through food. She began solo travelling in her 20s, visiting a lot of Europe and Southeast Asia. After learning to cook, she embarked on culinary adventures in her own kitchen, constantly experimenting with different recipes. With years of experience in hospitality, she developed an appreciation for service, attention to detail, and love for the industry. During Covid, Molly hosted countless dinner parties for friends and family as a vessel for expanding her culinary knowledge and spending time with loved ones.
Driven by a love of travel, the ocean, and fine cuisine, she eventually found her way to the yachting world—a place where culinary creativity meets adventure. As a yacht chef, Molly brings global flavors, seasonal ingredients, and personalized menus to life for guests exploring some of the most beautiful destinations on earth.
Every meal is an opportunity to tell a story, and every charter is a chance to elevate the experience through food. Whether provisioning in remote ports or designing menus around dietary needs and cultural preferences, she takes pride in being adaptable, resourceful, and always passionate about what she does.
