Yacht description

Emysa is a luxurious and spacious catamaran, equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Experienced crew will ensure that your every need is taken care of, from preparing delicious meals to guiding you on snorkeling expeditions and other exciting activities.

There is ample space for up to six guests in three comfortable cabins. Each cabin is equipped with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The salon area is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a selection of board games.

On decks there is a third floor flybridge, a forward cockpit with access from the salon and a roomy aft cockpit which is great for al fresco dining.

Our personal opinion

Why book Emysa – WATER SPORTS – This yacht has a great selection of water sports equipment including sea scooters, water skis and lots of towables with a powerful dinghy to pull them. You will need all this exercise not to put on weight from the chef’s wonderful gourmet dishes!

Crew profile
Caleb grew up in Canada, sailing the Great Lakes outside of Toronto all summer, every summer growing up. Caleb raced sailboats in international regattas for several years before moving onto teaching people how to sail to put himself through university. Adhika's dream is to build community through travel, cooking, supporting local food systems and being outdoors. Discovering the world of yachting and chartering sailing yachts around the Mediterranean has allowed her to create a lifestyle around her passions and share core memories with people from around the world.

  • This trip has succeeded all of our expectations. The main event was the talents and hospitality by you two. You both are very wise beyond your years, and your life experiences amaze us. We have traveled all over and have eaten at the best 5-star restaurants, and you have surpassed them all. ​Your souls are so precious, calming, and delightful. ​We never had a want, that wasn’t filled with abundance.

  • I can’t even put into words how special this week has been to our family. Because of your extraordinary effort, kindness, attention to detail and attentiveness we will never forget our time on EMYSA. We booked this trip to see the islands, connect as a family, experience new destinations, live on and in the water. What we didn’t expect is the actual journey we were taking was a culinary one. Meal after meal after snack after appetizer, Sarai delivered flawlessly. We’ve eaten at Michelin star restaurants and had less meals with less flavor than we enjoyed on EMYSA. The worst two meals we had this week were because we ate at a restaurant and it wasn’t prepared by Sarai. At 26 years old, Sarai is one of the best up and coming chefs in the world perfecting her craft in a small catamaran in the BVI. She is also a great crew member for boating operations.

    Bastian makes the technical and difficult parts of sailing and navigating and vessel execution look easy. All week Bastian went above and beyond the call of duty while simultaneously keeping one eye on the boat and its guests while also making sure Sarai had his assistance when needed. There wasn’t anything we asked for that Bastian didn’t deliver. He always made sure our kids were having fun, and is the best snorkel guide we’ve ever had.

    ​We can’t wait to follow your journey and see where it takes you. If this week is any indication, your limits will only be subdued by your desires. You two together are such a special team and for us to be a small part of your journey is an absolute blessing. We can only pray that our paths cross again. You’ve set the highest bar possible for any crew in our future.

  • Where do we ever start? What an absolute amazing week filled with great weather, amazing food, beautiful scenery and the most awesome crew ever. The catamaran is so beautiful and equipped with everything one would ever need and more. Bastian, you have created a space and a five star itinerary. You have more than met our expectations.   • We had a wonderful week in the BVI with Bastian, Sarai (and an awesome bonus crewmember Mitchell) onboard the Emysa. The special care they took into making this an incredible trip for us is beyond words, but I will try. They helped us explore the BVI and celebrate anniversaries, birthdays and New Year’s Eve!!! They know the BVI so well and were very flexible in the planning before and during the trip. Bastian (aka Orlando Bloom lookalike) sailed to great spots every day. He really enjoys putting up the sails as we transitioned between the islands. He made it possible for not only rendezvous diving with a couple local dive shops but also helped us do scuba diving right from the Emysa. He knows great snorkeling reefs and where to go exploring ashore. He can mix a smooth margarita, mojito, or the island special “pain killer”. He also can bake delicious pizzas prepared by Sarai. And “Oh My My!”, Sarai and her kitchen! The cuisine was so delicious. Her Mediterranean flair for preparing dishes is beyond compare. Five-star dining only because there isn’t a six-star rating.

    The Emysa is a fabulous boat! We have been on a 50’ catamaran on a previous trip but the Emysa in comparison, offers so much more. There was plenty of room to spread out in the spacious salon, upper deck & forward and rear areas, where we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee, reading, taking in the view of the islands & sunsets or get together for drinks and appetizers. We felt very pampered in the staterooms. We also enjoyed the toys which included tubing behind the dingy, SUP, clear bottom kayak, and sea scooters.

    This was the most amazing trip we have EVER had! The boat was beyond comfortable and stocked with anything and everything we could have wanted or needed.

    Bastian and Sarai were above and beyond in every way. They were new to these islands but did their homework to show us all the precious places to see and experience.

    Then there is the food & dining experience on EMYSA… No words… We dined like royalty. Each meal was well thought out, planned, and delicious! We had lots to celebrate on this trip and they made it so special and memorable.

    Bastian and Sarai are a wonderful team and we will remember them and this experience always and forever!

  • This vacation exceeded ALL of my expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left – everything was absolutely exceptional! We were greeted, after a long day of travel, with the most beautiful, candle lit dinner on the back of the boat which was the envy of other guests at the marina. The boat is truly luxurious, a giant, light filled salon with sweeping views of the crystal blue water everywhere you look. So much space you will never feel crowded. The dining table on the back was a perfect spot for morning coffee and all of our meals. The bean bags on the front are perfect for sunset with a cocktail. Gorgeous views from the fly bridge which even has a fire pit! Beautiful linens, toiletries, every detail and water toy you could imagine are available. We really enjoyed the water scooters and clear kayak!! Our crew was incredible! Not only are they very interesting and have so much to share about the world, but they are also incredibly skilled in their craft. Our captain, Bastian, is clearly an expert sailor and boat captain. I had 1000% confidence in his abilities under any circumstances. Our chef, Sarai, made every meal exceptional with the most beautiful eye and palate pleasing dishes. Full of vibrant colors and the freshest ingredients. Almost too stunning to eat! They took us on the perfect itinerary. Every port more exceptional than the last. They even surprised us with dinner reservations at a restaurant which has now become one of my favorites ever! I cannot begin to say enough about this experience! I’m sure we will be back.

    EMYSA is fantastically equipped, we saw no reason for shore visits. Bastian and Sarai are top notch sailors and the cocktails and meals were over the top. We could not have asked for anything more. Each day was better than the day before with snorkeling, kayaking in the glass kayak, and playing on the scooters. We only used half the available toys. The crew made this a trip of a lifetime.
