Altesse is a beautiful Lagoon 560, able to accommodate 8 guests in 4 queen size cabins. Lagoon 560s are widely acknowledged as one of the best charter boats on the market, and Altesse has gone one step further undergoing a major refit to add further refinements for their guests to enjoy – full dining and additional barbeque on the flybridge, extra sun lounging areas and the very best selection of water toys. There is also onboard diving.

Each of the queen cabins offer excellent headroom and walk around beds – the aft master has a separate shower stall, toilet and sink area. The salon and galley are bright with light leather upholstery, low tables and a large screen pop up TV.

Our personal opinion

Why book Altesse – THE CREW –Kennon and Stefanie are exceptional – they offer exemplary customer service but with lots of fun thrown in. Stefanie’s food is mouthwatering, and Kennon is a brilliant host, add to this a well-deserved Best in Show at the 2022 USVI Crewed Yacht Show – certainly a winning combination!

Originally from Georgia, Kennon has been sailing since 2011 when he decided to buy a 23’ sailboat from craigslist for $500. It was all downhill from there as sailing fever took hold. He went on to complete a two and a half year double handed circumnavigation (2018 - 2020) aboard his 1971 Tartan 34C Temujin which he still lives aboard and cruises in the off season. Stephanie’s cooking tends to be on the lighter healthier side bringing in as many of the local ingredients as possible. However, her motto in life is, “Everything in moderation, including moderation!”

Half the daily rate

Available for half of the daily rate. Includes boarding after 4pm, snacks, welcome cocktails & continental breakfast. Dinner ashore is additional. Select option upon booking. Excludes Christmas and New Year’s weeks.

3 Dives included - $50/person additional dives

Altesse offers onboard diving. We include 3 dives a week and $50 per person for each additional dive up to 5 total for the week. We do not offer night dives. Up to 6 certified divers at a time, max 1 dive per day, payable aboard to yacht crew. The crew will discuss details during preference calls with guests. Crew provide individual cost estimates based on the guest’s requirements. We carry up to 10 sets of gear on board. We don’t carry wetsuits but we are happy to handle pick-up and return on the guests behalf.

  • I can’t say enough good things about Captain Kennon and Chef Stephanie. From the food and beverages to the service and itinerary, it was all phenomenal and we felt completely pampered for the entire trip. They worked tirelessly so that we could relax, adventure and truly enjoy our time on vacation. We commented that it seemed not just a job for them but a true joy for them to ensure that we were happy and having fun. We would love to sail with them again!

    Yes. The crew was great! Kennon and Stephanie are awesome. We couldn’t have a better crew. We had both kids an adults. And everyone would say they are the best!

    Yes. It was delicious. You will not go hungry. Everything was made from scratch. We ate like kings and queens. We had a couple picky eater and one with a food allergy. The chief accommodated for everyone
