Lagoon 62ft - 2016

Heavenly

Yacht description

These Lagoon 620 catamarans certainly provide a huge amount of space and privacy and Heavenly is no exception. There are four queen cabins each with an en-suite bathroom. Great headroom throughout and lots of light and there are lots of luxurious touches throughout the yacht.

The salon is huge with contemporary cream comfy seating and a low coffee table. On decks, the cockpit has a bar area, dining and comfortable seating. Additional seating and a large sun bathing area is an added bonus on the upper deck.

Penny's personal opinion

Why book Heavenly – SPACE – there is masses of space onboard this yacht from roomy cabins to a large sky lounge that has drop down shades for weather protection. Whether you want some peace and quiet or space to dance, Heavenly has your boxes ticked!

Onboard experience

Crew profile
Nick and Amy met in 2015 aboard the Alaskan Dream and hit it off immediately. In their first three years together when not cruising in Alaska they traveled to south and Central America, India, Thailand and rode motorcycles across Laos and Vietnam. When the time came to purchase their sailboat in 2018 Amy quickly took a liking to the cruising lifestyle but was also a firm believer in the heading south when the dock lines freeze policy.

What an unbelievable week! This trip for exceeding our expectation, the food, the adventures, the new friends. Truly – you two outdid yourselves! As Big Daddy said, you really are the best at what you do. We feel so lucky to have been the recipients of your hospitality. I am quite sure we will be talking about the exquisite meals, the beautiful hikes, the many snorkels, the games, the dinghy rides, and the tandem adventures with Deep Blue for many years to come! Thank you for welcoming us into your home for the week. We are definitely leaving with new friends and for that we are thankful. Best of luck on Heavenly! Hope to see you both again soon!

Thank you for the most amazing five days. We really enjoyed getting to know you two and exploring the islands. Thank you for the delicious food, but most importantly for accommodating my dad (who’s eyes widened and potentially even glistened) at seeing every meal. I swear he hasn’t eaten that well in years.

I think we were all fascinated at your way of life, and at the true happiness you two express towards your work. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors (bigger boat – woo hoo!) Thank you again for everything.

How does one say thank you for providing them with some of the most special moments of their lifetime? It’s impossible. As everyone before me has mentioned, you are a skilled captain and a fabulous chef. More importantly, you are the curators of magical experiences and memories that we will appreciate forever.

I hope you both never forget the real value in what you do. You give families like mine the opportunity to fall in love with the ocean, and each other, over and over. Thank you for the kindness and patience you’ve shown my children and I. We wish you both endless love and happiness.

  • Captain Nick and chef Amelia Josephine, it has been both an honor and immense privilege to sail with you. You put meaning to the phrase fairwinds and following sails. I thank you for the many adventures and the family fun we shared! The surprise of seeing Sy and Kara was icing on a sumptuous Amy-cooked cake. I wish you many blessings and much love and look forward to when we meet again.

  • Thank you for both an incredible week! We’ve been looking forward to this trip for a long time and couldn’t be more grateful we found let’s play two and you both! We will miss wondering what amazing meal Amy cook up next and the ever flowing painkillers and dad jokes. Thank you for keeping dad busy so he didn’t drive me nuts, can’t wait to continue following your journey and see all the amazing places life takes you!
