  • This is a bucket list trip with an all star crew on Aquanimity. I can not say enough about Cpt. Giack (Jack) and chef Nicole. Words will absolutely not give this week long charter credit. This experience exceeded my wife and I’s expectations, but totally blew our toughest critics minds, 2 teenage daughters. From secluded beaches, insane day and night snorkeling, beach bars and parties, and finally meal after meal!

    Thank you Cap and can’t wait to see my new friends soon!

  • This charter in the BVIs for our girls trip was truly the vacation of a lifetime, and we owe it all to Jack and Nicky. From the very first day, they made sure every single moment was perfect and unforgettable. Jack is an absolute expert sailor — we felt completely safe the entire trip, and his knowledge of the BVIs is unmatched. He took us to the most incredible spots: swimming with sea turtles, snorkeling in crystal-clear water, and visiting some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. Every day felt like something out of a dream.

    And then there’s Nicky — her talent is unreal. The food alone would be reason enough to book this charter. Every time she brought a plate out, we were genuinely amazed. It wasn’t just good; it was some of the best food we have ever eaten in our lives. There was so much food, and not a single crumb was left by any of us. Her creativity, generosity, and passion shine through in every meal, and it added so much joy and comfort to our experience.

    Jack and Nicky didn’t just give us a vacation — they gave us memories we will talk about for the rest of our lives. On our last day, none of us wanted to leave, which says everything. If you are considering a charter in the BVIs, stop searching and book with them. You will leave with a full heart, unforgettable memories, and the overwhelming feeling that you just experienced something truly special.

  • I can’t recommend Giack and Nicole highly enough. We were very excited when we found out they were Italian because we love Italian food, and Nicole blew us away with the meals she cooked. She even made a birthday cake for our son.

    Giack did a great job as captain. He knew the best spots and how to time things perfectly. For instance, getting us to the Baths so we were basically the only ones there, arriving to a spot on Anegada where we had the whole beach bar, beach, and reef to snorkel on all to ourselves, etc.

    They were very attentive to our every need and made our family of six very comfortable on the boat. We all feel like this was a trip of a lifetime. They clearly tried to take care of our every need and request.

  • We had an awesome trip, great food, sailing, snorkeling, and shore adventures. Giack and Nicky were great with the kids, taught them a lot about sailing and life on the water.

    Our 7 days snorkeling in the BVI were full of beautiful fish, underwater landscapes, caves, sharks, and even a spotted ray and barracuda.

    Would highly recommend a trip on the Aquinimity this season.

  • Giacomo (jack) was the best captain. He was incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating with a pasty party of 7 from the Midwest USA. Jack struck a perfect balance of deferring to our plans, and when we didn’t have many plans, recommending things to do and see in the BVI’s that turned out to be really fun, including hikes and niche snorkel spots. He has an uncanny knack for where to find any particular species of marine life.

    If you’re looking for the trip of a lifetime in the Virgin islands, make sure and book and… make sure you ask for Giacomo to be your captain

  • We recently went on a five-day family trip with Captain Giacomo (Captain Jack). We did a similar trip many years ago and the family has always wanted to go back.

    We were not disappointed. Booking and preparation was easy. The boat was outfitted as expected including paddle boards, kayaks and other toys. Jack was a great fit for our group. He handled the boat well and was there whenever we needed him to answer questions and provide dinghy transportation to snorkeling spots and shore trips. We had specific locations and activities planned and Jack was able to facilitate all of our requests. However, when we didn’t have a plan for the day or when our plans could be improved, Jack provided numerous options and recommendations to enhance our experience. That is not an easy task with our group.

    All of his suggestions were perfect and made our days more enjoyable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing, easy trip in the Caribbean, we highly recommend Captain Jack.

Chef Nicole not only served up gourmet meals three times a day, but also remembered all our preferences, even making custom dishes for the kids. Every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Her passion and creativity are amazing.

    Fabulous food, beautiful boat and the crew took care of every need we had.
    We had a family of 6- they did themed nights, found great coves for snorkeling, we did a lot of fishing and even finished the charter with crew given awards.
